Director & Co Founder 

Starting out as a bricklayer, Bobby built his career from the ground up over more than 20 years, progressing through supervisory and senior management roles with some of the UK’s largest construction companies. As founder of Whites Construction Management, he brings together deep technical knowledge and strategic oversight with a clear mission: to deliver every project to the highest standard, on time and within budget. His approach is built on transparency, careful planning and a genuine commitment to value for money.

Director & Co Founder

Rachel co-founded Whites Construction Management, bringing a highly organised and detail-oriented approach to the operational and administrative side of the business.
