Our project managers can benefit you in several ways. They can take the pressure of you by managing many aspects of the project, including budget management; on average self-builds overspend by 20%. Our project managers will effectively manage your budget to prevent this from happening.

Timescales are fully dependent on the size of the project, as well as other factors such as material or contractor availability. As an average for a house build, we aim for 26 weeks from the beginning of the build, however we recommend contacting us for a more accurate timescale.

Bringing on a Project Manager for your project will cost, on average, between 5% and 8% of your overall budget. However, having the experience of a project manager on your project can bring savings elsewhere in the build, for example on materials. They can also lower the risk of errors leading to budget overruns due to them overseeing the entire project and implementing cost saving measures.

A project that has used a project manager costs around £2,700 per square metre whereas a project that has not used one costs roughly £3,100 per square metre.
