This ongoing project is comprised of 2 phases. The first phase is a timber frame barn dwelling with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house is being built on a site that was previously an unused barn that had to be taken down completely, including the foundations, to accommodate the new build. A structural engineer could not confirm that it was safe to build on previous foundations.

The second phase will be a 5-bedroom home that will be built where a bungalow currently sits. The client is occupying this while they wait for the completion of phase 1. Once phase 1 is completed, we will begin phase 2.
